Elevation Burger - Reading

Soon as I heard of this place I wanted to drop by for lunch. WOW! Great place with friendly people. Burger choices for a vegetarian like me. Wow! Wish there was a place like this where I live in Richmond. Choice of Impossible burger, veggie burger, and vegan burger. My wife chose the veggie burger and I got an impossible burger. Delicious Elevation fries, soft drink, and chocolate milkshake. GREAT place. 5 Stars and all!

Amazing burgers..I recently seen them on a website for top 10 burger from grass-fed in the nation and had to give it a try ..I definitely had one of the best burgers I ever tried. Highly recommend and the staff is very personable. A

I don't get here very often because of not living close by, but my experiences have always been good. Stopped in today and everything was great. I wish there were more locations around, it's like a five guys but with better quality ingredients. It's nice that they also have gf and vegan options here. They even offer vegan milkshakes now. I also appreciated the staff still wearing masks.

Chicken was old and tasted like it was frozen then microwaved and they were the size of 2 chicken nuggets for $10. Fries were soggy and it was like they had made them and had them sitting. Certainly not fresh. That matches the fact that a guy in his shorts was cooking the food by himself with the help of one person. I hate to give such a negative review but its the truth. For $45 I could go to any fast food place and the food would taste fresh and it would cost half the price. Grass fed tastes better not worse so to experience this was a great disappointment, and I certainly will never visit again. Nor reccomend anyone else do so.

Employees were friendly and greeted us upon entry. Place was clean. That is all the good I can say about this place. Elevation burger was mediocre. Couldn 't really taste the elevation sauce patties were thin. Buns were cold. The grilled pineapple burger was a disappointment. Wife said it lacked flavor. Tasted no different than just a regular burger. The chicken tender kids meal was a joke. 2 very small pieces of chicken tenders(more like nuggest) and fries for $10. (See picture) Onion rings were barely battered and just lacked flavor and crisp. For how much I spent on 3 meals I should have just went to an actual restaurant where I probably would have paid less for better food. Lesson learned, I will not be eating here again.
