Excellent as to be expected staff was friendly and no complaints. Well priced and a great treat nobody in our group had any complaints. If you're looking for a nice treat rita's should always be on your short list.

The young lady at the window tonight who helped my daughter, her friend, and I, was very friendly, curtious, and professional. It was closing time, but you would have thought they just opened by her lovely demeanour! Oh, and by the way, the ice cream was delicious!!

Allison working the front window seem to have an attitude when I asked to see cup sizes to determine if I wanted a med or large. Then when handing me my order said something. I didn’t hear her an said, excuse me?? She proceed to yell out the window if I wanted lids. Then proceeded to giggle with her co-workers. I do not appreciate the attitude and will not return.

Kinda expensive but worth it for a treat once in a while.
