The service was excellent, especially with server Lizzie C who was knowledgeable and attentive. This was a stark contrast to my previous experience at KFC where the employees seemed inexperienced. The chips were freshly cooked with just the right amount of salt, and the burger was delicious. The food was served promptly.

I arrived at the restaurant late and was disappointed to hear that they were out of plant-based entrees. The manager kindly informed me that I could still place an order, although it would take 5 minutes. This gesture really brightened my day after a long journey. The manager handled the situation with ease and was very accommodating. He was a very nice guy and the bartender was also excellent.

I tried chips and BBQ sauce. I liked very much. Good good stuff. It kept my belly full on my train back to Southall. Staff too kind and fries very fresh. I must come again
