Dutch Bros Coffee - Red Bluff

This special dutch bros device does not even deserve the 1 star rating! a zero star or a negative number would be more accurate. my wife and I have been visiting various Dutch Bros shops in the opposite of North California for many years and this shop is the absolute worst. the drinks are at best mediocre, but the biggest problem is the employees. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life (e.g. wait behind the car in the window for 25 minutes after they were handed over their drinks because they had to have only a long slave session while my wife, I and our four-year-old daughter waited to place only our order. this was at 9 o'clock and we were the only other car in the line). as if the superficial unprofessional behavior was not bad enough, these workers are flat from terrible people! do you remember the movie mean girls? think that and then multiply it by at least 25! a few days ago my wife went to these Dutch bros and was abused by the hired who drinks them, because apparently the addition of whipped cream to the drink was simply unacceptable! my wife was polite and polite as she is always (to a debt I can add) and she is cracked by a coworker without professional label or human condition. after a 30-minute drive to the house, was and had been in water! this incident was the tipppunkt after an endless series of unsatisfactory experiences in this particular Dutch Bros operation. after my wife a formal complaint to the company office, they respond by saying that they give extra coaching/training and then gave her $10 to their DB app. how offensive! They missed the point! this was not a problem with a drink that was not well tasted or wronged, this is a question of professional courtesy and human condition, or rather lacking. we will take our business and money to other coffee houses who know how to treat their clientele. I advise all customers of dutch bros, away from red bluff shop in south main street to stay; unless looking glowing, rolling eyes, getting rude sharp or verbal is their thing!

Always great service...some of the happiest people I've ever seen...they love their job!.....

When you pull up often you'll see a huge line similar to the ones you see at Disneyland, only difference is most of the time you'll get out pretty quick. The employees are chill and polite. If I were to nit pick here I'm talking getting mad because your grandma didn't toasted the tortillas for to long type nit picking is to make sure you're clear with how you like your drink. Other than that it's a solid place to grab you a cup of coffee or that morning Kickstart.

Horrible customer service. For starters they have the music up so loud they can't hear their customer. The lines take forever to move, tonight I was in line for 25+ minutes because the employees were nonstop talking to a car in front of me, which made me late for work by the way.... They have employees coming in OFF SHIFT to chit chat and use the bathroom. The drinks aren't even great as they don't train their new employees properly. Overall a.bad experience going there.

This place is great! I love Dutch Bros drinks, however I have noticed some issues lately with their quality. Last time I was there my sister and niece got strawberry lemonades and they tasted bad, my only thought was that it was the end of the season but I got a pumpkin cold brew and it honestly didn't taste good either.
