Opera House Bistro - Red Bud

Our visit today was great. We sat outside on the terrace. Nice breeze. Watching all different vehicles was fascinating. I had the best margarita I had for a long time! Your house made sweet sours was enormous. The food was exceptional again! I had the Blackened Salmon Taco's they were delicious. The house made tortilla chips were Mmm. The guacamole ingenious. The Polnta was a beautiful tasty touch. My wife had the Poached Salmon Wrap with one side of Potato Salad. She said everything was very good. The staff reminded us of our previous visit. Our server was pleasant and nice to treat. Nice to see the same staff. We'll be back. Can't wait to try some of the other selections soon. — with Vicki Nowak in the Opera House Bistro Red Bud IL.

Stopped for lunch with 20+ Indian Motorcycle folks On Saturday 2-3-2018 Service was perfect the quality and the portion size of the food excellent, this is a must visit eating experience, Great job, Thank You!!

My wife and I stopped in on the way home to St. Louis. We had eaten here a few years ago, but this time the food was exceptional. I had the scampi, grilled asparagus, and mushrooms. Every bite was delicious. My wife had a pasta and chicken dish which she said was amazing, as well. This is a real gem tucked into a small town not too far from St. Louis.

It is an amazing place to eat, calm atmosphere, wonderful staff with outstanding dishes that are appealing to the eyes and taste buds!! Definitely a favorite of mine for any celebration!

My family and I have been here a few times.I love the ambience and the large old rooms. .the food is very good and nicely priced..I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good meal in a great old town
