Dunkin' - RED HOOK

The coffee had a burnt taste, and it was supposed to be an iced creamy coffee. Additionally, both of our sandwiches were disappointing.

The staff seems completely incapable. When I returned the incorrect coffee, I was told it wasn’t the employee's fault because he didn’t prepare it. I asked if I could get a second coffee for free to make up for the inconvenience, but they only handed me one, and I had to complain again. I've spoken with many others who share my frustration. After 15 hours in service, they should be able to serve a black coffee correctly. I don’t generally leave negative reviews, but this was truly too much to bear. They really need to get their act together—maybe fire the entire team and hire people who are willing to work hard and treat customers with respect.

If they can't get their coffee order right, spilling it all over their shirt because the cap isn't on properly, and leaving sugar and grindings all over the floor, then this is the Dunkin' Donuts for them. Making $16 an hour and still can't manage to make a simple cup of coffee correctly.

Duncan worst donuts everywhere! it is really difficult to achieve this level of incompetence. I just wanted a cut, stuffed, Bagel-Drill. I said explicitly, not roasted. I saw the girl destroying at least half a dozen Bagel twists because she tried to cut them with a butter knife after they roasted them. I tried to stop it and said I'm just going to take it inadequately as it is from the basket. But she had already ruined it, and I was handed over a bagel twist that was missing about 1 3 of it, and the rest looked like a dog stole it. then I had to ask three times for a frost donor. the amount of food on the floor is also related to it.
