Chipotle Mexican Grill - Red Oak

Awful experience! My chicken was undercooked and ice-cold—actually colder than the other toppings. The chips were consistently stale as well. I really do not recommend this place.

Whenever I order takeout, my food is never prepared until I arrive; they only start making it when I get there. Additionally, I request and pay for extra protein, but they always give me the standard portion instead.

I placed a web order on September 7, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. CST, and while the order itself was fine, they forgot to include the meat. Instead, I received only vegetables, cheese, and sour cream. I was already hesitant to give Chipotle another try given their high prices and declining quality, and now I know I won’t be returning. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store to report the mistake, but no one answered the phone during business hours.

The young hispanic manager lady was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and did not listen to anything I was saying.

Went for my usual bowl and for the second time when I get there I have to wait almost 30 minutes for a pickup order. The tall young lady that works pickup had a very nasty attitude when I ask about my order.. Let’s not forget the eye roll.. When I did get it it is thrown together.. It’s food all over the floor.. Won’t be going here anymore
