Bidra med feedbackThe food and the service at this restaurant are both outstanding.
I recently took advantage of a half-price promotion to enjoy Sunday lunch at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious venue. After looking over the menu, we chose the chef's special of rump and lobster, as well as a sirloin steak. The chef's culinary skills were impressive, with both steaks cooked perfectly to a medium rare. The quality of the Grazier's steaks was excellent and, most importantly, the bill came out to less than $30.00. This meal offered a very high value for the price.
Great steak sandwich, one of the better I've had at a pub, got carded which was flattering and food came out pretty quick for such a busy day. Chips were just ok though.
This place is good, solid place to eat with kids.<br/ <br/ This place epitomises the family friendly (local tavern) feel and and atmosphere, where kids are able to self entertain in the large outdoor playground or the smaller AC games room (which has some awesome arcade games) makes family dining a breeze.<br/ <br/ The food is well-sized and tasty and the staff are all very friendly and willing to help.<br/ <br/ The dining area is large and spacious.<br/ <br/ The only downside (and appeared to be a bone of contention for other parents in the room) were the select-a-toy vending machines, which caused some grief.
First time visiting this place and I wasn't disappointed. I went for the specials: duck spring rolls for entree and rump and lobster for main, my partner had the eye fillet wrapped in bacon. Spring rolls were decent enough, accompanying salad was good. The mains came out before we finished our entree which is always annoying but they were great. Both steaks cooked perfectly, on the lighter side of medium-rare and my lobster was nice and juicy with a very tasty sauce. The staff were really friendly and up for a chat if you want. Food and drink prices were about average for a tavern. With the kids meal being free on a Sunday and the footy on a big screen, I'll definitely be heading back.
