Mon Komo Hotel Dining - REDCLIFFE

We dined here as a family of 5 yesterday for lunch. It's a lovely place but sadly we won't return because of one particular waitress. The experience was mind boggling. This horrid woman just seemed to be going out of her way to be nasty and really rude to us. It was honestly one of the strangest customer service experiences I've ever had. It seemed to start when we asked to move to an outdoor table minutes after we arrived and went downhill from there. She must have returned to our table 20 times in the hour we were there just to refill nearly full water glasses and to make another snide remark. A really awful experience and we won't be back.

Great guy Adam Conolly playing a whole heap of musical instruments. Blew us away. Great sellection of music, well eorth going to. Great coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.

I attended this function with my sister on Saturday 6/08/17, it was exciting and lots of people enjoyed the day. We had high tea which was absolutely beautiful and a great variety of petit fours and sandwiches. At the conclusion of the meal there were raffle tickets prizes and I won a $695 Wedding Package which unfortunately I cannot use so hope to sell it to someone who can use it. It was really a fabulous day and proceeds go to breast cancer which is great.

Nice layout and well appointed. But extremely loud with music during dinner. Too loud actuallyMenu is extremely limited if you want chicken as most woman do these days. Unless you would like the old parmmy. Come on. I think you could manage a couple of decent chicken mealsWhy we sat down had a drink looked at the menu and left

Today we celebrated our friends 60th birthday. The hot seafood platter was delicious. Service was great. Beautiful venue. Would definitely go back.
