Karline's Restaurant And Bar - Redding

We have consistently enjoyed fantastic meals every time we visit this restaurant. The staff is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. As we make our way through the entire menu, every single dish we've tried has been perfect—full of flavor and truly delightful. This is our favorite dining experience in town.

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience at Karline's was. We enjoyed appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert, and everything was outstanding. The delicious meal was further enhanced by some of the best service I've ever received. Our waitress, Nichole, was fantastic—she appeared at just the right moments without being intrusive. Amanda also checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food isn't the cheapest, but given the quality and portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable.

Now, let's dive into the food. We started with the cranberry apple walnut salad, swapping out feta for blue cheese. Honestly, this is the best salad we've ever had! Next came the bread and house-made soup. The soup of the day was minestrone, and while it’s not usually my favorite, it was absolutely delicious tonight! The bread, dip, and soup complemented each other beautifully. For our main course, we had the chicken marsala, which was served with a heavenly sauce over mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and perfectly cooked Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and carrots. We paired this with a perfectly chilled bottle of pinot grigio. We were so full that we couldn’t finish everything, but the meal was so fantastic that we just had to order a lemon cheesecake to take home! WOW, JUST WOW!My experience from making the reservation to paying the check was absolutely phenomenal.The staff went above and beyond for my mom 's 80th birthday dinner.Our server Nichole and her support staff were attentive, kind, and extremely efficient.The food was absolutely delicious.7 different dishes, salads and soups all prepared to perfection.6 out of the 7 of us had never been to Karlines before.....but we will surely be back!!!

I visited Karlines for the first time since it was Girondas, and I must say, the food, service, and atmosphere have greatly improved. My wife and I had a fantastic experience! We particularly enjoyed the Steamed Clams and the Chocolate Pie. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful date night. Food: 5/5
