Arby's - Redford Charter Twp

Eat cold and not fresh, and they just opened? they advertised the cajun fish sandwich wrap and they had not all done to make it, and they told me that they mayo instead put on it, so I did not order it. we asked for five pieces of fish stripes and we received it two of the strips were fresh and hot the other three were old and cold?. just what we enjoyed was the limonade. 10/10 not recommended

I work on this place, please understand that we are running on 5 people. some paints we really have to run slowly because we only have 2 people in the load. we're trying to make it better. if they have problems, please call the load I would like to try to make it better if I can. please stay with us while we are in shape again.

People that worked there say that they don't sever sandwiches ? just combo's.. and they have you stay in the drive thru over and half hour to say that they don't sever sandwiches ?. But the bill board says they do.. So I left but not yet heard back from manger. They all so don't answer their phone ?..

You close too soon at this location. But the addition of burger to your menu and it's qualities makes you number 1 on the fast food chain list.

Very slow service. 5 mins waiting at the drive through just to order. 12 mins for my meals to get to me. Great food. Just don't come to this Arby's if you are in a hurry.
