I come here about 3-4 times per week, the younger girls are absolutely perfect customer service on point have lovely chats with them, the problem is the store manager or owner with blonde hair can’t even give her customers the time of day, always on her phone, doesn’t say hi or how are you or have a good day, I get it being a manager can be stressful I’m one myself, but I always put my phone down and say hello everything else can wait your customers are what keep your business going and growing, maybe if things are stressful for the manager maybe put more people on in those times so your customers aren’t the ones affect by it, now I understand why half the young girls quit, think about it if she will talk to her customers like that god knows what’s going on behind doors

Tried to support this business. First time ok, second time overcharged, third time fuel lock discount was not available as apparently ‘the system crashes every time’. I’m done. Will go back to using my Woollies rewards discount elsewhere.
Just bought fuel and water at this 7 11 and politely asked if there were facilities to use in the complex. The woman with blonde hair on shift, bluntly replied “No read the sign” and rolled her eyes in an impatient manner. I didn’t catch her name badge, however she was rude, abrupt and had no idea about customer service. If the owners of this petrol station read this, I would strongly suggest to remove her from your business. Her poor attitude will eventually cost you money. Service was just appalling. Above all providing your customers with toilet facilities would be a consideration given the amount of money we all spend in your venues.
