Jack In The Box - Redlands

The service at this restaurant has gone downhill and the staff, especially the new brown-skinned woman, are rude. The third layer has particularly terrible service and it seems like they need a new manager. Homeless people are seen waiting in the drive-thru, which is dangerous, especially if they have children in the car. They make their orders without paying attention to the screen. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box, as I have had enough bad experiences and do not want to deal with poor treatment while trying to eat.

I will come here after work to grab some good quality fast food. How is the service?

We arrived at the drive-thru at 2 o'clock and everything we ordered was incredibly hot and fresh. Kudos to the night team!

Good food and service, diner was a little dirty but at least they're open to dine in.
