With only one person working on a busy Sunday took about 45 minutes to get order AND they don’t take American Express. Get with it and run your business like you actually want to stay in business.
I’ve been waiting at the register for about 8 minutes, and not one staff member has greeted me or acknowledged my presence. When the cashier finally arrived, she didn’t make eye contact or smile; she just stared at the register as if waiting for me to order. She seemed a bit frustrated. Additionally, while I was waiting, I noticed that she didn’t ask if I wanted to add a boost to my order.
Unfortunately, this location does not accept gift cards, although I believe the one in downtown Redlands does. The girl at the register mentioned that they can't process gift cards, which was a bit surprising, but that's okay. The staff here are consistently friendly and always make my drinks delicious. I hope the gift card situation gets resolved soon!
I visited the restaurant today to order a protein açaí bowl. When I arrived, there were only three other customers in the place, and no one was ordering, yet I was left standing at the counter without even a greeting. After about ten minutes, once the female staff member had finished with her previous orders, another employee named Ariel finally came out to take my order. It took around 30 minutes for me to receive my bowl. While I did get a "thank you," it felt like the two workers were more interested in chatting with each other than in making their customers feel welcome. A simple "thank you for coming in" goes a long way in terms of basic customer service, and I felt largely ignored throughout my visit.
