Clean!!! Friendly staff. Looking forward to the new menu choices in April. Kitchen Sink cookie is just straight crack!!! So good and addicting. Like diabetes wrapped up in 1 cookie. So delish!!!

I get my bagel and it’s not cut in half let alone toasted, whatever not a huge deal but you’re telling me it to you guys 12 minutes to grab a bagel and put it in a bag..

Good food, good pricesVegetarian options: Needire options. Love the corn soup. Wish you had the butternut soup year round. The bagels with the soup are too hard. I have to order the multi grain roll extra

Their bread was VERY stale and tasted old. Also very overpriced for what you're getting.

Paid for extra tuna(around 4 bucks)in my tuna sandwich and received a barely “normal”portion. The normal portion is unsatisfactory to the size of the tuna sandwich which is the reason I get extra tuna. This is the exact reason why I go to the Yucaipa location(they were just unfortunately out of tuna today which is the reason I’ve decided to give this place another shot After a few years) Yucaipa location is better in every shape way and form, do not bother with this Redlands Location the drive to the Yucaipa Panera is so worth it. From the line making food, which is impeccable and the cashiers to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing. I dislike this location so much it’s not even worth going back to get the sandwich remade. I’m just never gonna go here again. Stick to the Yucaipa location people. Trust me.
