Green Apple Events Catering - Redmond

Green Apple did an absolutely spectacular job catering our wedding at Treehouse Point this past Sunday! Timia, in particular, was wonderful to work with both leading up to the event and on the actual day. Throughout , the process she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! Including executing beautifully every last small detail we requested, from procuring a special gin for our signature cocktail to making sure the napkins were folded just so. Importantly, all the food was delicious both at the tasting we had as well as at the actual wedding. Our guests particularly enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates as passed appetizers and the chicken and waffles late night snack.

The team and the food from Green Apple Catering is TOP NOTCH! I got the chance to work with them on Friday September 1st at North Fork Farms and they did a fantastic job. Their team was super supportive and cohesive in getting the venue set up and flipped after the ceremony. The food beverage services we exceptional and the flavor amazing. Then at the end of the night, the breakdown process with so fast and smooth. I will always recommend them and cant wait to work with them again.My only recommendation is a mandatory coffee station with every wedding/ event to provide coffee to intoxicated guests at least one hour before the event ends.

Kris is so calm and kept us on track checking in with us every couple months to make sure we felt in a good place and whether there were any changesKris had catered some other jobs at our wedding venue and also had great tips to make sure the whole day ran smoothlyWe received rave reviews from our guests all day long on the food! Guests did not go home hungry and enjoyed the beautiful spread Kris and the GAC team provided. We were also worried about long drink lines since our friends can drink, and I never saw guests having to wait! We also had a few allergies and they were so accommodating and we had complete piece of mind on the day. The GAC staff was so professional, polite, and friendly — so impressed!!Kris was a wonderful vendor to work with and any couple can be confident they are making a great choice by choosing GAC as their caterer. We hired Green Apple Catering for our Mother's Celebration of Life. If I could give them six stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the helpful staff (who quietly and respectfully moved around the venue) to the set up (beautiful table decor), absolutely delicious food, the boxing up of food and clean up. Our guests raved about it all! I would highly recommend Green Apple for your catering needs.
