Papa Johns Pizza - Redmond

Extremely fast with my large order, good pizza and very helpful support at the counter when I had questions.

Terrible customer service! Unprofessional. Unacceptable behavior from staff. Refused the customer request. Go elsewhere! Asked for the young man’s name that refused to bake the pizza twice upon request LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT SAYS,instead, I was told this would make the pizza non edible! The customer service refused to give me his name and hung up, then hung up the 2 additional times we called back. Never again! Bad service! No value for spent.

This papa John's used to be my go to place for quick and tasty pizza. But the pizza I ordered today was terrible. The person at the counter was also rude when I picked up my pizza. I guess the owner has changed.

The last few times I 've gone to this papa johns it 's seems like the ingredients are just thrown together and only certain slices get the ingredients that you paid for. I never like to call in but last night I did and the manager basically said we 'll what do you want me to do about it .

Terrible people over there not nice and aggressive pizza was burned
