Asaka Sushi Grill - Redondo Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ordered; everything was delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, frequently checking in on us. The selection of rolls was impressive as well. For vegetarian options, the Veggie Crunchy Roll was particularly tasty, and the Mushroom Miso Soup was quite hearty. As for wheelchair accessibility, the outdoor seating area was spacious. It was a lovely day, so we didn't check out the inside.

I stopped by because I was craving sushi. I've been here before, and the food has always been great. Today was no exception. The salmon sushi was fresh, and the fried oysters were incredible—just delicious. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated that they allowed my emotional support dog to sit with me while I dined outdoors. Thank you!

A true hidden gem in the beach cities! The rolls and fish are clean and fresh, making for a delightful meal. If you're not a fan of sushi slathered in spicy mayo, this is definitely the place for you (though they do offer dishes with spicy mayo if you enjoy that). The atmosphere is always calming and enjoyable. The servers and what I believe to be the owner are attentive and friendly, adding to the experience. It's perfect for a date night, family outing, or just a quick bite. There's really nothing else in the area that compares!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Best sushi in the area. The woman who seems to run this place is so sweet. Great atmosphere and the food is really good! They recently added yellowtail collar to the menu. It was amazing! I highly recommend. I come back again and again and I'm never disappointed.

Excellent food. I had the Sashimi Platter Petite and the fish was fresh, came in small slices but came with lots of shredded dikon which I ate with the brown rice and the spicy garlic edamame. Good place for the sushi aficionado with a slew of creative sushi offerings on their menu. I expect to come back soon.
