Chart House Redondo Beach

Tried this place 8 years ago and thought we’d try it again. We won’t be back ever. The worst service ever, we walked out after waiting 20 minutes for our drink order. Some of the food arrived and it was terrible.

When our food did arrive, it was just average. Given that this is a high-end restaurant, I expected better service and higher standards across the board, rather than only for select tables. To make up for their mistakes, they offered to take one appetizer off our bill, which we appreciated. However, I believe the staff could really benefit from improving their customer service skills to make guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued for spending their hard-earned money. On a positive note, I did enjoy the lengthy time we spent there.

Rude people, may be racist. The guy in the front keeps saying we can’t have a service dog on our lap, she has to be on the ground. She is a 5.5 pounds lap dog and you asked me to put her on the ground. Where is written in the regulations that it has to be your way?

Went w/o a reservation. Not able to table with view. Good was fabulous. My date was impressed. Lol

Make your reservation 1 hour before sunset and watch the sun go down!
