The restaurant offers a gluten-free carvery, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They even prepared separate gravy and a Yorkshire pudding for me. Many items on the regular menu also have gluten-free options. While the decor is a bit old-fashioned, the food is delicious, and there's plenty of parking available. They also provide gluten-free Peroni and a selection of ciders.

The restaurant has new owners, a new chef, and updates its menu every few months. They offer daily specials and clearly mark gluten-free (gf) and dairy-free (df) options. They even have separate fryers for these items. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free options and can answer any questions you may have. There are also gf and df desserts available. The menu here is quite limited, mainly featuring ham and chips. However, they do serve a wonderful carvery that can be adjusted to be gluten and dairy free upon request. The gluten-free option comes with Yorkshire pudding. When I inquired about speaking with the kitchen, I was pleased to learn that they offer a selection of six gluten-free meals. I’ve uploaded a photo of the Sunday lunch menu, and they now clearly mark food allergy information. They usually have sorbet and a gluten-free dessert available upon request. The staff is very friendly and helpful regarding dietary restrictions, though it's a bit disappointing that the options are so limited.
