Bidra med feedbackI'm glad I got there early so I got my food in a timely fashion! It was well worth the trouble and expense. But to wait for 30+ minutes to have the main course plate removed is unacceptable anywhere. Other tables seemed to wait a long time too. There was only one waitron to do all the floor work including the drinks. An extra pair of hands would have made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The duck foie gras was delectable and the turbot was fantastic. I had to wash all that down with a small bottle of Laurent Perrier why be in Reims if you don't try their wares? The mix of 4 cheeses at the end was excellent and appeared within 5 minutes of the turbot remains being removed. All up an excellent feed, but service a negative although not the fault of the waitron who was rushed off her feet.
Every time ever disappointed both on quality and price (rare to find complete menu at this price in Reims impeccable service just to say something card a little repetitive for one who often goes there you will be delighted

A nice discovery, we took the menu at 40€, everything was excellent from the entrance to the iced dessert to the marc of champagne and rose biscuit, to the main turbot dish to the girolles and gnocchis of potato... we enjoyed it. Thanks also to the kind waitress. I strongly recommend this address!
