Full Belly Deli - Reno

Came into Reno for a handful of days, I was told to try this place. It was awesome!! It's definitely worth a stop if you are around the area.

Ordered a turkey melt, nowhere in the description did it say that the foccica bread has jalapeños in it. Ruined my lunch.

Went in to get a breakfast burrito. I said good morning to the cashier she blank stared at me like she was on something, I said it again and she nod her head. She was talking to her customer on the phone that lasted 30 seconds when she hung the phone up. I think that was very rude for someone to

They have an unhinged employee who is extremely rude to customers and acts like a child when she is held accountable. Super embarrassing for the company.To summarize, she was extremely rude when asked a question about the menu, then demeaned and laughed at the customer with her co-worker when they walked away after ordering. She was approached about her customer service and thew a fit like a 9 yr old who has never been told no before. She was absolutely incapable of having an adult conversation and could not contain her emotions. It was embarrassing to watch.

You will not regret coming here. Food was so good!! I had the BLT. Service was great,place was so clean! Will definitely be back!
