This was our first time eating at Roxy’s and definitely will not be our last. We had the best server named Jonathan..super friendly and helpful,absolutely fantastic would recommend this Steak house to everyone. Exceptional staff and food. Hands down the best in Reno. If you like a fun place to relax and gamble and enjoy your time and eat great food with really great staff the Eldorado has it all.

A great meal, super food and excellent staff. Georgia made sitting at the bar a great experience, thank you Georgia, very nice to meet you. You nailed the suggestions and made for a fun time. Paul on the piano, thank you, we loved the music. And Tony, you manage a very class act, well done on my steak, appreciated. A wonderful meal all around.

It was our first time eating at Roxy's. Went on a Sunday night for dinner. Service by Clark and his assistants was great. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was tough and the baked potato was definitely reheated. We've been to so many steakhouses and the steak was definitely a disappointment as was the potato. On a positive note the grilled watermelon salad and guava sorbet were excellent. We did not mention to waiter or management as it was late and we were ready to call it a night; no time for a do over.

Always spectacular. Make sure you ask for Breanna — she will treat you like family! Also, I think I saw Gerard Butler there!
