Teriyaki Madness - Reno

I found this restaurant on Saturday and decided to give it a try. I went back on Sunday and then again on Monday. I'm completely hooked! Today is Tuesday.

We were visiting Reno and planned to do a bike ride but it was raining like crazy today so we went shopping instead. Before I visited Chico's we stopped here for a bite to eat. I love that they have three sizes to choose from depending on how hungry you are. We got the junior sizes, one teriyaki bowl with veggies and one spicy one with white rice. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The guy working the counter was friendly and helpful. We would eat here again.

We tried the 4-bowl combo for $34, which included: (2) Chicken Teriyaki Bowls with white rice and veggies, (1) Spicy Chicken Bowl with white rice and veggies, and (1) Orange Chicken Bowl with white rice and veggies. The bowls were quite tasty and generously sized, but the highlight was definitely the flame-grilled chicken—so delicious! I give the bowls themselves 4 stars, and an additional star for the quick service. We placed our takeout order at the counter and were told to expect a wait of ten minutes, but our order was ready in just 5-6 minutes (this was a weekday afternoon). We will definitely be back!

I'm currently dining here and I must say, I'm at a loss for words. Everything is absolutely delicious! The teriyaki chicken, steak, spicy chicken, fried rice, vegetables, and noodles are all incredibly fresh and incredibly tasty. This is our first visit, and the staff explained everything in great detail while making excellent recommendations. The food arrived quickly and hot. I would give this place a perfect 10/10 and can't wait to come back!

It was ok.. if I lived on the south end of town I'd probably go back but definitely not somewhere I'd go out of my way for. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl regular size. Ton of rice! Good rice but jeepers there was sooo much of it compared to meat/veggies. I wish I'd realized as well that the veggies are cooked with onions. I'd prefer it without but that's just personal preference. I like their veggie mix of cabbage, carrots, broccoli and zucchini but the oniony flavor just permeates it all so heavily.
