Bidra med feedbackJust about the very best Vietnamese inspired Asian bistro I have been to anywhere...stunning menu and delightfully delicious. Ambiance is just great and the prices very reasonable. The fried chicken and baked clay pot rice dish with ginger sauce is just unstopable... The appy rolls are amazing- try the grilled pork sausage ones. Fab vegetarian items too...what are you waiting for? Go.
Yummmmerrrrrssss....their grilled pork with broken rice is sooo good. Also, first time to try banh beo chen...and i loved itFood: 5/5
06/21/23: generally, the food was great and delicious. I got the Ga Ngu Vi, and it was excellent when eating with their broth. One minor improvement is to decrease the waiting time since it took us almost 35 mins to get two dishes. The staff was great and polite. The space was quite small, and the table we sat at was not much clean. However, I still suggest this local restaurant to anyone
Most of the dishes are very Good.. some dishes with broth( Phở, BBHuế, hủ tiếu , mi.. are kinda a little too sweet ..They 're always Busy.. and definitely need more staffing Need improvement on providing condiments at the tables like : Samba olek, siracha hot sauce,tương đen và đỏ, ớt satế.. plsWe love this place, the owners/servers are very nice and they did the best they could serving customers.. but they Really need some good helpThanks
Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Renton Bistro, a Vietnamese restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was embraced by a welcoming atmosphere and the enticing aromas of Vietnamese cuisine.Renton Bistro offers a diverse menu that beautifully captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors. Whether you're seeking traditional favorites or eager to explore new taste sensations, this restaurant caters to every discerning palate. The attention to detail in their dishes is truly remarkable, with each plate showcasing the artistry and expertise of the culinary team.To start my culinary adventure, I opted for their appetizers, which featured a range of tantalizing options. The fresh spring rolls, bursting with vibrant vegetables and aromatic herbs, were a refreshing and light choice. The delicate rice paper wraps and the accompanying peanut sauce created a delightful harmony of flavors. The Vietnamese rice cake is a simple yet satisfying treat made from glutinous rice, which gives it a unique texture and chewiness. Its round shape and white color symbolizes luck and prosperity in Vietnamese culture, making it a popular choice for special occasions and festivals. The texture of the rice cake is what truly stands out. Its soft and chewy nature provides a delightful contrast to the toppings, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures in every bite. The combination of the tender rice cake and the crunchy coconut or sesame seeds offers a delightful play of textures in the mouth.Moving on to the main course, I selected the SiuSiu Chicken rice bowl, a traditional Vietnamese chicken clay pot. The steaming bowl arrived brimming with fragrant broth, tender pieces of chicken, and an array of fresh garlic and spices in the rice. Each spoonful was a comforting and aromatic delight, showcasing the authentic flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine so beloved.Overall, my experience at Renton Bistro was exceptional. It's a place where Vietnamese culinary traditions are honored, and the love for food and hospitality is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend this Vietnamese gem to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary adventure.
