Emailed in January to inquire about a cake and cake pops for my son's birthday in March and never received a response back.
Not only was Bree fast to respond and deliver the cake we ordered it but she saw it through all the way to it getting safely delivered via Uber. The cake she made exceeded the mock up we sent to her and she took the extra thought to make the text match the design of the cake! There are literally no limitations to what Bree's Cakes can do! If you're looking for a cake designer that can accurately bring your vision to life, give it to Bree's and rest assured.

I seriously do not understand how these people can call themselves a business. Please look at the attached screenshots of the time-line of me basically chasing them to order a damn wedding cake. I 've been politely reaching out for TWO MONTHS to no avail. I found them on the news for being broken into and figured I 'd help support. I 've messaged both the business IG and the owners personal IG, aside from 3 emails. Every time I follow up, all I get is a litany of excuses and the run around. Email here ...I email, no response. Resend the email or come in .. I emailed again because that 's what business emails are for and I 'm busy wedding planning with a toddler, again no response. It 's just me, my computer crashed ummm yea but yet you 're posting on IG all day so I 'm pretty sure you own a smart phone from which u can easily reply or keep me updated.. you just choose not to. In one message you can see she tries to fault me for not including info in my 1st email that she expects me to mind-read that she needs. In another msg she insinuates I tried to place an order on IG? I dont take orders on IG I LITERALLY ONLY MESSAGED YOU SO YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU NEEDED FROM ME TO MOVE FORWARD. What does it matter anyway if you JUST saw my email because you apparently don 't check or respond to your emails in a timely manner? I put my wedding date on my initial msg to the owner on IG, in the subject line of my initial email, and she STILL asked me to put it in my THIRD email, which is on the same thread as my initial! I sent my last email with the requested info and attachments over a week ago and STILL NO RESPONSE, yet again. The worst part of it all is that they have all the time in the world to post bs on their IG stories all day every day but refuse to actually conduct business and provide a damn quote that 's been asked of them for 2 months now! Bree, you are rudely and disrespectfully wasting my time at this point. I asked if you did not want or could not take my business, to simply just say so. And you expect me to come in and waste more time?! Clearly, you don 't value my time at all, asking me to jump through all these hoops and still not satisfying my inquiry. My wedding is a month and a half away! I 've expressed my frustration and still you don 't care. I highly suggest some business courses, especially on customer service, because this is ridiculous! Thank goodness now I know to NEVER order ANYTHING from them. Can 't imagine the screw-ups as a hired vendor and how unreliable they must be on the day-of an important event! Footnote: After posting my review above, I went back to read her 1 2 star reviews. They 're ALL saying the same thing I 'm saying. It 's years of bad service, unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, and excuses. You are messing with people 's important life events. Get it together, Bree. Update: only after reading and responding to my review, did this business decide to finally reply to my last email. What for now? I clearly explained you already lost me as a potential client because of such bad business practices. There is literally no excuse for stringing a customer along for 2 months and continuously choosing daily not to address their inquiry, and instead be more concerned with posting content for your IG followers. Do better for your next prospect.
