Burger King - Reston

My order has been made correct with all the changes I demanded.

This is literally one of the worst Burger King?s I?ve ever been to. 95% of the time I?m asked to pull to the front of the restaurant to wait for my food. 90% of the time the food is cold and undercooked. It doesn?t matter what time of day or night it is. It?s the same undercooked cold food. The management running this restaurant needs some serious help. Like the previous reviews have stated, ?locals know?. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Take the time and drive 5 or minutes away from here to McDonald?s or another restaurant.

We are missing french fries but charged for it. We ordered it right before exam so couldn?t go back or do anything. It?s so upsetting.

A franchise locations where profit is the priority. They reheat food by dipping it in the hot oil and serve it. I get chicken nuggets from them which are dry and hard mostly. It takes about 3 minutes to cook nuggets and they serve them to me in about 90 seconds claiming they are fresh.

I work near by and have never seen them open before 8:00 8:15 on weekends. Don't get lured in by Google saying 7am. Apparently all the locals know better
