Applebee's - Reynoldsburg

I ordered my steak medium, but it came out well done. The broccoli was overly salty, and the mashed potatoes tasted old. I also didn't receive the fries that were supposed to come with my hamburger. To top it off, there were no utensils or condiments provided. Overall, the food was very disappointing.

I ordered the three cheese chicken penne and chicken wonton tacos. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of either dish. The penne was overly garlicky and quite runny, which I assume was meant to be the sauce, but it just didn't work for me. I would rate it lower, but I absolutely love your French onion soup! I have a suggestion: it would be great if you could offer two sizes (cup and bowl) because whenever I order your French onion soup, I tend to get about four servings, especially when I'm not feeling well. Your soups are my go-to comfort food and always make me feel better, so thank you from the bottom of my heart!
