Burger King - Reynoldsburg

My husband and I haven't had Burger King in a while since the one on Brice Rd closed in Reynoldsburg, OH. Please make sure this one on 256 in Reynoldsburg, OH stays open. I would give them five stars and even more if possible. Their food was delivered quickly and still hot through DoorDash, and their service was excellent.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The fries were cold and old, the Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich was cold and didn't even have Swiss cheese on it, and the Whoppers and cheeseburgers were cold with thin slices of meat. I paid $44.68 for this subpar food and will never be returning. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The fries were cold and tasted stale, the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was cold and missing Swiss cheese, and the Whoppers were cold with a thin slice of meat. We paid $44.68 for this order and will never be ordering from Burger King again. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the food quality and service.

Fries were fresh and crispy which was great. The ghost pepper whoppers though were pretty bad. They did not have the queso sauce or the bacon, so they were extremely dry and just tasted of pure ghost pepper. None of the dipping sauces for the chicken nuggets were included either.

It was very little lettuce two tomatoes that were about the size of a silver dollar and they were probably red before they were cut but they were yellow in the center terrible terrible terrible the french fries were cold all of them I will think twice about ordering Burger King again. You may think that the delivery time in the distance what's the problem but now I've eaten there before same thing dung heap.
