Creno's Pizza - Reynoldsburg

The food is excellent. However, I have a couple of concerns. I believe that staff should wear gloves when handling food. Additionally, I'm uncertain if I should be charged for extra toppings on my pizza. It seems like they sometimes skip adding those extras. Overall, I had a great experience.

The pizza is fantastic, as always, and I've never had any major issues, aside from one delivery hiccup. They have a system in place for handling delivery concerns, and the staff is always friendly.

Not a fan of pizza, but everything else on their menu is excellent. salate, subs, calzone, stromboli, etc.

The customer service here is reminiscent of a bygone era. Our family has been ordering food from Creno for years, but sadly, we will no longer be customers. After receiving a rude response from the staff, I was left waiting for 10 minutes and then rushed through my order. When I tried to clarify my order with the employee, it felt as if I was asking for something incredibly complicated. When I received the wrong item, I called to see if it could be corrected, but was met with arguments and blame-shifting. It seems I’m no longer valued as a customer. I hope that, dear reader, you have a better experience and receive a decent order from Creno—correct or not.

We love the Creno's Pizzas in Zanesville and the one in Reynoldsburg is just as great! The staff are always kind and helpful and the food is always fresh and hot (even if I get there a little late for pick-up). They always make a mouthwatering BLT pizza and we'll keep coming back for it whenever we get the craving.
