We wouldn't have expected that. we were guests at the hotel sun. a table in restaurant reserved for dinner. it was really a very nice evening. the interieur is great. we really didn't expect that. everything is very stylish. such a thing would also be good for düsseldorf: the value for money is good. all freshly prepared and the portions can also be seen. we all had an appetizer and a main course. it was almost too much for me with the appetizer. we had nothing to do with it. it was really delicious. the service is great. some other gastronomy can cut off a disc. we'll be back. thanks again to the team. it was great.
Wedding day. Should be something very special. And since we were no longer in the sun, the decision probably fell there for the last time. We had booked 3 seats for the summer fat. It was there at the beginning at 6:00. Appetizers in good selection and really delicious. But then... To the main food there were sous vide boiled cattle juices. It was good, but lukewarm. Saltimbocca from the pork fillet. But it was a thick medallion with ham. Saltimbocca is different. And even the most lukewarm. Bah. The Knüller was the salmon in the salt dough. He wasn't even lukewarm. Also completely dry. We have pointed to the two gentlemen, cooks?, in the question quiet and discreet that the most important foods do not taste because less than lukewarm. Then one of the two took the salmon into the kitchen to get him out after a few minutes! Was he in the microwave or what? I was happy and didn't trust my eyes. The frozen salmon was again at the buffet, more dry than before! Then I said. Because I was so disappointed and not just wanted to eat food supplements for the money. Then a fresh and perfectly cooked salmon came to boil. My husband and son have passed the appetite. Well, bread goes with Aioli.... The nice service always wanted to apologize. She can't. Then we asked about the bill. Honestly, it is actually a question to offer at least one coffee or digestion at the expense of the house. It wasn't. Or maybe you can correct the bill. It wasn't. The restaurant is next to the hotel and very comfortable for hotel guests and other visitors. The restaurant offers good food and also options for vegetarians.
