Rhodes Phoenix

I had an incredible experience! It was my first time trying yum cha, and I instantly searched to see if there's a place near my home! The food was fantastic! The process of ordering from the carts and sharing the meal was enjoyable, and overall, it was just a really unique experience!

Rhodes Phoenix is our go-to place for Yum Cha. The restaurant is quite large, but it tends to get crowded during lunch on Fridays through Sundays and on public holidays, so it's best to arrive early or be ready to take a number and wait. The food is above average, offering a nice variety of dishes served from trolleys. The service is incredibly efficient. While the prices are definitely on the higher side for this type of dining, the quality of the food keeps us returning.

The service is always accompanied by a smile. I needed to pick up some essentials for Chinese New Year, and they have consistently offered the highest quality dine-in BBQ meats and takeout for the entire eight years I've lived in Rhodes. This is truly the best place to dine in Rhodes!

Wonderful service any time of the week. Cashier is friendly, they all respect distancing I like how the tables aren’t cramped up. The trolleys are always full the rice rolls here are exceptional cannot fault! Enjoyed the yumcha you pay for what you get it’s definitely quality ingredients and unlike Other yum chas where the food is swollen with flour and fillers rather than meat and prawns!

Once a great dining experience, but now it's quite disappointing. The food was served cold, the service was slow, and prices seem to have nearly doubled. I recommend looking for alternatives.
