Waba Grill - Rialto

My first time trying Waba Grill. I loved the mini bowl option with a value 12 oz. Soda. The charbroil on the chicken was delicious. This place was super clean, impeccably clean! I will be back.

I have to pick up food everyday at this location and in my opinion that place has a rank smell. No other waba grill location has that smell. I'm not going to say what it smells like but if you have been there you already know what I'm talking about. At first I thought a big piece of fish got left out and went bad but that smell wouldn't linger for 6 months. I would have the sewer vent pipes checked or increase the speed of the exhaust fan which will at least draw in fresh air.

Service is great, food it was ok but too much teriyaki sauce on the beef and if you get vegetables instead of rice they charge you 2.00 extra.

Lady says they closed. It was 5:33. They close at 6pm on Sunday

I went to order and there was child behind the counter. Touching food and packaging the food order in bags. My food was poorly packaged and the child packaged my food in a way that my order was a mess in its container when I got back to work. I believe it’s a safety hazard and health issue to has a child behind a counter and a food establishment.
