Waba Grill - Rialto

Would never come back to this special waba grill. terrible and very unprofessional experience. I tried to get help on an order that was made wrong. the manager spoke to me like a child, cut me off and didn't let me speak, was extremely rude and unprofessional and then talked about me, right in front of me, in Spanish with another employee. they thought I didn't speak Spanish. worse experience ever.

The manager, Catrina, was very rude to me when I tried to explain that I didn't receive my side of cabbage a couple of days ago. I told her that I had spoken to the manager and he had promised it would be taken care of when I returned. Instead, she just wanted to argue with me about the situation, looking at me as if I were putting on an act. This behavior was very unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. I am not sure if I will go back.

I went to order and there was child behind the counter. Touching food and packaging the food order in bags. My food was poorly packaged and the child packaged my food in a way that my order was a mess in its container when I got back to work. I believe it’s a safety hazard and health issue to has a child behind a counter and a food establishment.

I placed an online order for pickup at 12:45 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the specified time, they claimed they did not have my order. After showing the cashier the confirmation email, she looked into it and said it was being processed. Since I needed to leave, I requested a refund instead. The cashier's attitude was rude, and because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.
