We were there today and received a warm welcome. The service staff speaks French and English. Even though the kitchen was almost closed, we were still able to order something. The truffle ravioli are highly recommended!

Many years ago we accidentally discovered this crunchy hotel and have been there several times. Every visit to Alsace leads us to the Cheval Blanc for a few nights. Excellent is the kitchen and not to forget the Apéretif de la maison: Crémant with Géranium a palate joy:

We have been there for more than 10 years with my wife always well received and their renovation and installation of the spa which happiness and staff is irreplaceable and very pleasant the kitchen is a fireworks gustative thanks to them for this professionalism and kindness
