Bidra med feedbackVery family friendly atmosphere, the food was very flavorful and decently priced. Dined in with friends for our first time, was not disappointed. My wife having celiac, has to be very careful about what she eats. And it was so great of the wait staff to go back and forth to the kitchen to inquire about food additives and ingredients. Definitely made sure to put added consideration into my gratuity. Most of the binding ingredients for the Chipotle sauce and queso are gluten friendly, they use cornstarch rather than flour like many places.Traditional flavor not overly seasoned and the cheese enchiladas for example set very nicely on the pallet, you can literally not only bill but taste the creamy texture of the cheeses and subtle ingredients. Love it. Dietary restrictions: Several of the menu items are or can be celiac/gluten friendly.
This is the literal hole in the wall for Richardson. Nothing fancy, but the food service are always top notch. Hidden gem. We love this place
New to the neighborhood, had to try it out. Food was solid overall, but pricey in my opinion. The ambiance leads it to be a nice hole in the wall joint in the neighborhood, `but the bill certainly makes you feel like you should be in uptown. Again, the food was delicious and the drinks were good, just a bit pricey to be a frequent stop. Kid-friendliness: no problem having a toddler with a kindle
I came in for lunch. Ordered chicken flautas. Chicken tasted bad. Like bad meat bad. I spit out the first one and tried the 2nd one just in case it was a bad tomato or something to the like, but the 2nd once had that foul taste, as well. I also had beans, rice and a side of queso, so that was filling. The chips were pretty good too, but the salsa tastes like PACE from the grocery store. Service was good. My waitress was nice and attentive, so that's what the 2 starts are for. Overall, wish I had went elsewhere.
Dos Charros has been a favorite of my family’s for as long as I can remember. Their queso is my favorite in the world!! My family used to live right by their old McKinney location and would go for family dinners and even catered them in on Christmas Eve as tradition. When the McKinney location closed we started driving to Richardson and the Richardson location is just as good! The avocado enchiladas are delicious and as I mentioned earlier their queso is my favorite of all time. The prices at Dos Charros are extremely reasonable and inexpensive for the delicious and filling meal you get. It’s like eating out pre-pandemic.If you’re in Richardson stop by and support this local business! You won’t regret it!
