I do not recommend eating here. Out of the last four visits, three have been disappointing. The food was either cold or stale, and the staff wasn't honest when I inquired about my requested spices. Honestly, I live in the apartments next to this McDonald's, but I'd much prefer to drive to restaurants on Beltline Road or Plano Road instead.

I made a purchase at the drive-thru with my debit card. When I got home, I checked my balance online and was alerted to suspicious activities. Upon further investigation, I discovered that just seven minutes after my visit to McDonald's, someone attempted to use my card information for an online transaction. While I won’t directly accuse the woman who handled my card, I will certainly be more vigilant in the future and never take my card out of my sight again. Just think about how many people use their cards there in the same way I did. This incident occurred at a well-known company that likely processes a significant number of card transactions. If this pattern continues and more customers face similar issues, many may choose to stop patronizing the establishment.

I ordered the double-quarter confectionery flour. The service was decent, but when I got home, I discovered that one of the patties was undercooked. It was brown on the outside but completely raw in the middle. I won’t be returning. Food rating: 1/5.

Wow inflation hits MacD's big drinks no more $1 at this point she went to $1.79 suspect it's time to return to Race Trak. I believe this whole food industry is simply crying inflation to increase prices there at a certain time, we will simply stop buying the public.

I just came through the drive-thru and only ordered a medium fry. I pay for my food and pull up to the second window to see a bag sitting there. The manager with the blue shirt ultimate told the drive through guy with the dreads to serve me cold fries. Because they were already being suspicious, by taking the bag to the fry station as she looked around and he pretended to give me new fries, I felt the fries and they were rock hard cold. I gave them back and told him I would like hot fries. Ol dude turn around, laugh, and said Yo Rachelle that didn 't work. She told him to refry my fries instead of making a fresh batch. Why would you look me in the face and give me food that has clearly been sitting out. If this is what you hire and the service your consumers get for a simple order, i will no longer be investing in McDonald 's. Rachelle and the drive-thru guy needs to be fired.
