Mcdonald's - Richfield Springs

This is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The service is as unreliable as the food. Most of the time, the food is served cold, and the fries are overcooked. My husband ordered a cheeseburger, but by the time we got halfway home, we realized he had only received a cheese sandwich – they forgot the hamburger completely! This isn't the first time we've had issues with our order; it happens all the time. I honestly can't understand how this place stays in business. If you have any common sense, you should definitely avoid this restaurant.

I've visited this McDonald's a few times, and I believe improvements are needed. The service is quite slow, often taking 5 to 10 minutes for an order, while other places offer much faster service. Given that this is a fast food restaurant, I feel that the processes should be quicker. Additionally, I think it's disappointing that they don’t offer all-day breakfast options; they have a limited selection of breakfast items, and I would prefer more variety all day long, especially in Richfield Springs.
