Hope's Chow Mein - Richfield

What a great lunch. Choice of 2 ducks, chicken wing, egg roll, sommes, soup. All good for only $7.50. Great service, loved our waiter.

Love Hope's Silver Spoon. I grew up across the street and it is still one of the best and authentic Chinese restraunts I've ever had. Very unassuming- The owners always remember you I am always impressed!

Awesome food. They Seem to have a lot of to go business. Interior is old but you can 't beat the food. Great price and you get a lot for your money.

The best Chinese food I've found near Richfield or Bloomington, by far! Grand Szechuan is ok, but this place is cheaper and better, along with great service.

Excellent food! As others have pointed out, the building is old and not particularly flashy. However, I didn't come for the decor; I came to eat. I ordered the Hopes Lo Mein, house special fried rice, egg rolls, cheese wontons, and egg drop soup. Everything was delicious. The prices were reasonable, and they even threw in 2 free egg rolls for my $25 order. My only issue was that 2 of the 4 egg rolls were overcooked, mainly the free ones. I definitely recommend this place and will be back. To me, it tasted like authentic Chinese food—unlike some places that serve dishes drowning in sauce that leave you rushing to the bathroom! Honestly, the reason I came here for the first time was because of the reviews, and they were spot on—EXCELLENT FOOD! (I deducted 1 star for the overdone egg rolls; otherwise, it would have been a 5-star experience!)
