Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Richfield

Went to the drive thru to get 4 chicken sandwich meals were told they were out. When we said Never mind- we 'll go somewhere else then the story changed. Think they didn 't want to cook/warm them up. Sandwiches were good, fries were past prime should have been tossed.

"We were informed that the items we ordered were outside. If we hadn't said anything, we would have gone elsewhere, but then the situation changed. They seemed unwilling to cook or warm up our food. The sandwiches were good, and the fries were excellent; they just needed a little seasoning."

We had a misunderstanding with my order, and I was charged for the correct items. However, they quickly addressed the issue and refunded me for the incorrect order. The staff was very friendly, and I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The bathroom was always out of order, and the Cajun sparkling water was disappointing. The chicken sandwich was dry, and they were really stingy with the sauce, but I guess that's something you might expect from people in Minnesota and their food. The staff also seemed a bit odd.

The last time I suspect to have mixed chicken, they gave me, but they usually have me legs. This time I asked for fresh chicken and they gave me old chicken. You do not answer their phone and gas is too expensive for people to drive back, especially when you live in Farmington. I'll settle the charges with my bank. That's ridiculous.
