Bidra med feedbackI won't be ordering anymore. I'm tired of the unprofessional attitude of the staff. Its a simple mobile order. I'm sorry you hate your jobs and or lives but at least confirm that my order is done to the dasher. The last 3 days there are always 3 or 4 different drivers going to wait and each one leaving wondering where the order is.
Me and my boyfriend came to this taco bell for breakfast at 10:34 am and the guy on the drive thru told us to wait, proceeded to walk out, change the breakfast menu out with a lunch one even though breakfast doesn’t end until 11:00 and just said we can’t order breakfast and walked away. but when we dove to a different location, they still served us breakfast at 10:41. they still had a full 26 minutes of serving breakfast but decided they were done when they wanted to be.
Me and my friend walked in at 945, I walked in with my friend shortly behind then the employee locked my friend out because the lobby was closed when I asked if he could just come in to order he said have him order over the phone. Difficult for no reason.
Gross, order was wrong and the wait time was abysmal. I hope these guys can get more staff to help ease the load.
So I did a mobile order at the gas station that was a block away. I drove down and picked it up right away. They had it ready soon as the counter person realized I was there. I got in my car and drove a couple blocks and started eating my nacho fries ? and they were cold. Not just lukewarm, they were cold. I had to heat my chalupa and taco up in the microwave. Great service. The food is good, when it's fresh. I went in the evening around 7pm. Maybe better to go during peak times. Still, the food should be hot at least.Parking: Parking lot is small but it's not too busy
