The food was good as expected. We always have to wait for our food because we like fresh food. However, the service is always rushed and comes from an rude way like the employees have no time to take our orders. Last time I visited, we were able to hear the staff on the back who screamed when we got into the window. Definitely better.

Win it an attempt because we receive voucher in the post. Eating was okay, but probably not good enough to come back except with another voucher. They had done everything before that the service was fast.

I’m giving this place 2 stars solely for the good food. Unfortunately, the customer service, wait times, and everything else are truly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. I’ve already given them multiple chances.

As you can see, through their terrible review score these guys need improvement. Every time we eat there, it is the longest waiting of all times!!! I never got my food in the window, I have to change ALWAYS and wait. The guy who takes the order has spoken so fast and completely forgotten 1/4 of our order. Ugh guys let your poop together and try to improve your services!

I visited the restaurant today, 5/6/2022, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. There were four of us, and every order was mixed up—wrong food for the wrong person, items missing, and extra items that we hadn’t even ordered. The person at the register had the nerve to argue with us when we inquired about our food. We clearly stated what we had ordered, but he insisted that we hadn’t ordered certain items. It wasn't just us; he was arguing with other customers as well. The staff seemed very incompetent, and what should have been a quick 10-minute visit ended up taking nearly 45 minutes. I won't be returning.
