The Local - Richland

This charming little restaurant is an excellent spot for a meal and a drink. They offer great drink specials and are welcoming to families with children, which makes me feel comfortable bringing my kids along. The service is outstanding, and they also provide takeout options. I enjoyed lunch here, and the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying the wings—they were absolutely delicious! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

Our experience started off a bit rocky, but thanks to our knowledgeable and cheerful waitress Taylor, both the food and the staff truly shined! With a group of six, Taylor made a great effort to ensure our first visit was a memorable one. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including fish, a burger, a wrap, subs, and nachos, all of which were excellent! We would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others.

Avoid ordering from this local restaurant if you expect your order to be accurate and delivered on time. We tried to be patient, but after waiting two hours past the promised delivery window, we were informed they could no longer deliver our food. We've experienced issues with this restaurant for years. While we prefer to avoid Grub Hub, we'll never give this restaurant our business again. When we called three times to check on our order, there was no mention of any traffic problems or unexpected circumstances. We were simply told that their online system was giving incorrect delivery estimates. Even at 7:30 PM, we were told our food was ready and waiting to be delivered. By 9 PM, our food still hadn’t arrived and was already over 1.5 hours old. If they had communicated better with us earlier, we would have cancelled our order and chosen another place. The lack of communication from the staff was completely unacceptable.

The boneless wings were delicious, and the pizza was perfectly cooked, maintaining its structure when lifted. It's evident that the chef is doing an excellent job with consistency in the kitchen.

I ordered the Olive Burger and was disappointed. I had high hopes, but the ranch-dipped fries were fantastic! Food: 4 Service: 5
