Subway - Richmond

This is probably the best Subway location I've visited in the Vancouver area. They actually add extra servings of specific vegetables when you request them, which is a rarity these days.

I can't believe what just happened at Subway five minutes ago. An employee from India really put a damper on my mood. It’s currently 9 PM on April 4, 2023. I ordered meatballs, and while they initially gave me eight, one dropped while she was packing it, and she didn't replace it. I asked her, "Why didn’t you fill that one?" She gave me a somewhat uneasy smile and kept repeating, "I’m sorry, I’m sorry." In the end, she just handed me my order without making any corrections.

Today we went to Subway, and the food was pretty good. We ordered rice bowls, but when we asked to have the hot items separated from the cold ones, the server was not very pleasant. Instead of presenting the options she eventually offered, she started arguing with us.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the subs can be tailored to your liking.

I had the chance to try the new Green Goddess Veggie sandwich, and it was loaded with a variety of fresh vegetables. It was both light and tasty. The service at this location was impressive, and the restaurant was well-maintained. I have no complaints about this Subway branch. In terms of vegetarian options, they offer the Green Goddess Veggie sandwich as well as the Veggie Delite.
