The Buck and Ear Pub and Grill

The restaurant is a nice and quite restaurant. It opens up early for the early birds. I was there at 8.00 am. I ordered the egg, pancake and sausage. They had a good variety of breakfast food on the menu. It was about average. waitress came quickly with my food and came back twice to refill my coffee.

Always friendly, Cheers kind of place where everybody knows your name. Good home cooking, good coffee with an endless refill from a smiling sever. Thanks Linda.

I heard about this place from a friend. After being shooed out of another restaurant because of our gluten-free diet, we decided to make the drive. We arrived the first time to Sunday games night, and with the prize we won came back two days later. Food was far better than I expected for a rustic looking pub. One of the better pubs I have eaten at. The servers and hosts were great and attentive. I don't go to Vancouver/Richmond often, but I will be headed here every time now.

I usually get a salad wherever I go but here I get the veggie flatbread. There's the right amount of stuff on it with an amazing crust! I've not had a bad meal from the Buc! Good fun too!

We ordered the Quinoa salad for lunch and it had no Quinoa in it! The waitress never came back to ask how our meal was till we were almost done. I told her there was none in it and she didn't bring us any or apologize for the mistake. She was rather rude to us! To top it off then we were charged for it!Not impressed when we go there quite often for lunch with large groups...It certainly isn't good for business when you have a nasty waitress!Signed,Not Impressed!
