Bidra med feedbackThese bojangles are from 5:30 am to 1:00 pm. Things go pretty smooth during this time. This crew usually has a good balance of older people and mature adults. Don't worry about coming here after 1:00. The next shift(s) of the employees do not worry at all. Professionalism, food quality and customer service are completely disappearing. They obviously do not want to be at work, have terrible attitudes and treat customers as we disturb them.
I went through the drive thru and the cashier (Shakhia) had a bad attitude. She gave me no receipt and was irritated when I asked. No courtesy! Customer service in this boom is bad. I do not recommend this place and will not come back. The food is good, but the workers are a serious shutdown.
Richmond Bojangles, on Midlothian Turnpike never failed me. I'm gonna hand 10 Bojangles to this place. Eating is always hot, fresh and it is always a plus to see friendly faces.. Whoever manages this site is Kudos to you and your team.
Trifling, just trifling! I went to drive thru and ordered a Cheddar Bo Biscuit add egg, a sweet tea and a serious cookie. When I got my order, my Cheddar Bo had no egg on it, no big thing I just thought maybe they didn't hear me. I had no need to return for an egg. When I saw in my pocket, I saw a polystyrene plate, confusing as I ordered thru drive thru, but I thought it had to be added for the Gravy Biscuit experience. However, when I removed the plate, I discovered the egg for my biscuit in a paper floor that had no tip and had fallen on the bottom of my bag. On the bottom of the bag next to the egg lay the cookie for the engraving. My biscuit was apparently placed on the polystyrene plate that was in the bag and not wrapped! Basically, they threw my food in my pocket. I mean, I know five guys do that with Fritten I never eat, but that's just a trifling! Forward I don't want to drive thru! Even the cookie was so fat when I was wiping it, the napkin turned yellow and began to stick to my fingers.
Love their biscuits and ice tea. The place is always in need of a cleaning. Front counter where the chicken is displayed under the heat lamp is oily and load with crumbs. The staff is playing in the back. Manger has their hands full keeping them focused on the job.
