Casa Italiana - Richmond

Our first visit to this restaurant was excellent and we will definitely be back. We believe they are deserving of a 5-star rating, but we can explain why our experience led to a 4-star review. Starting with our appetizers, we ordered the calamari, which is always a must for us. We were pleased to see a generous portion of the little tentacles served, as often you only receive a few. The grilled octopus was our second appetizer choice, and it did not disappoint.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I went for a spontaneous date night and loved it so much that I went back the following day. The food was delicious and everything I ordered tasted fantastic. I was impressed by the quality of both the service and the food, especially considering how easy it was to get a table. This is definitely the best Italian restaurant in RVA!

My husband found this place a few months ago when I was craving some authentic italian food.

Read rave reviews and was prompted by them to give Casa Italiana a try, but am disappointed by our experience.

Excellent food and sweet staff, utterly determined to give you a good experience, but whoo are the tables a little cramped.
