Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Firstly, when I first walked in it was very open and the displays were not too close together. I had placed an online order and was to receive a free Barrel Bite since I had 30 days to renew it for signing up for rewards. The website glitched and charged me so I had to go inside to get assistance. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help until resolved. Cashier woman chatted with me while I waited, which was for a while, and she was actually pretty funny. It was all hands on deck to figure it out and I got my refund. I high-fived the main woman as I left with my delicious Pancake Tacos with quality hash brown casserole. The only CB we will be going to from now on!

Service was great and quick Anthony our server made sure we was okay and if we needed Refills on our drinks he was an amazing server. Had great seating by the window my family and I will be visiting soon again

The manager here male don’t have his name but outstanding; staff was droopy and he stepped in to work and motivate the crew. Good leader!

Great food! I love the pancakes and bacon! Also the hashbrown cassarole!

Limited menu, no omelets, waitress seemed disgusted when we ordered over easy eggs and potato casserole. No coffee refills, saw waitress at order, delivery and check. Cracker Barrel used to be so much better
