Very nice place the atmosphere was very upbeat and family friendly. The service was very nice and attentive. Wood fire grill! We were seated fairly quick, and our server was new but very professional! For appetizers we got Lobster Spinach Queso, which was good! It would have tasted just as good with chicken instead of lobster and would have cut the cost a bit. At our table we had ordered a Cajun Ribeye, Roasted Garlic Sirloin, Honey Garlic Chicken, and two Firebirds Chicken Pasta and 1 cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. The food was prepared nicely and was good. They used almost the same seasoning in the chicken pasta as they put on the Cajun Ribeye. The cuts of steak were fantastic, and they offered to fix the cook if it wasn’t what we asked for like medium-rare. Everything was good and prepared well, but personally nothing really blew my mind other than the steak being cooked perfectly and extremely tender cut. Overall Firebirds is expensive but worth the price if you want a really good steak! My final complaint about Firebirds is a lot of the menu is Spanish or Southern inspired, but nothing in there advertisement or even the atmosphere of the store really captures the culture in which they are emphasizing in the food. Parking: Free public parking, there was plenty of spaces to find a spot. Wheelchair accessibility: The door is right beside the parking so dropping someone off should be quite easy to do.
