Never crowded. Which is very unusual for a restaurant whose food is very good. The teas are awsome. The one thing that I don't like is the fact that they ask you to tip. Even when it's carry out. Me personally I don't think it's appropriate to ask for a tip. Should be strictly voluntary. Especially tipping for carry out before you even tried the food. Food: 4
