Kfc - Richmond

The drive thru served tonight and ordered an 8 piece meal and 4 additional cookies. I was very specific not to want thighs and even told them which parts (legs and wings) replace thighs. No one in my household likes legs, so it's a waste of food to bring them home. Either the staff needs more training to tell the difference in chest and thighs or they just don't care about customer service. Not only did I get the legs I would normally get if I hadn't been specific... I only had 1 chest and 3 thighs. If I were to rate them with 0 stars.

Very slow service had to wait for a little while but staff was very nice

Didn't ask if i wanted crispy or orig. Toilet disgusting. Punch was mostly water. Didn't offer napkins or butter. Drink machine collector was overflowing onto the counter. Food was good.

I went to the KFC on belt boulevard to get wings. I always get the wings either light sauce or sauce on the side. When I went to the one on belt boulevard they told me they couldn 't do it for me which was odd because I 've done it before numerous of times at the location so I went down to this one on Jefferson Davis. This one didn 't hesitate to provide it for me and for that I appreciate them. It 's called customer service and if it 's something that can be done why not do it for the customer. People so quick to say no at these businesses instead of saying let me see what I can do to help the customer

Decent food. Nite shift crew is great. Daphne who works the front counter 6 days a week is awesome. She always make sure order is correct and is super courteous. Can be a very long wait at times. Daphne is expected to take order and make the food. Overall not bad.
